Although pictures are great there is nothing like feeling the beads and trying on a piece. If you decide that your purchase isn't what you expected or it doesn't fit like you thought, please feel free to return it. You have ten days after you receive your product to return it for a full refund less shipping. The customer will be responsible for shipping.

Okay girls, we all know that our guys need a little help when it comes to shopping for their ladies. So, let's help them out a little. Make a wish list of the item numbers of your favorite pieces. Send me an email of your list and I will keep it on file. When those special occasions get close, drop him a hint about where to shop for you. He can call or email me and I'll help him out. This goes for your friends that don't know what to get you, too. This way you know you will get what you want.

Horse Hair:

For the horse lovers out there, you can now have a keepsake of your beloved four legged friend or friends. If you would like me to make something out of your own horses hair, this is what you need to do:

Brush your horses tail.

Grab the longest pieces of hair and pull out away from the rest of the tail. Shake out or pull away all the other hair that is tangled up with what you want to use. This will leave behind all of the shorter hair to continue growing. Trim the hair close to the tail. I take hair from two or three different places so I don't leave a hole.

Take all of the sections of hair and bundle them together with a small rubberband. The bundle needs to be a little bit bigger around than a pencil.

Put the hair in a ziploc bag with your name on it and mail it to me. If you want to use hair from multiple horses, send the bundles rubberbanded separately.

Please include a phone number so I can contact you. It is easier to talk on the phone than in an email about exactly what you want. When I receive your hair, I will give you a call and we can discuss.

Don't worry about washing the hair. I will take care of that.

Please allow six weeks delivery for custom pieces. Sorry, I have a full time job.

NOTE: Hair must be a minimum of 32" to make a necklace
